Rca Wireless Headphone Problems

Consumers have reported many problems with the RCA WHP wireless headphones. The most common complaints are background noise, inability to hold a signal, uncomfortable fit and breakage of the headphone straps.

Background Noise

The biggest complaint that consumers report with the RCA headphones is constant background noise. Annoying hissing, popping noises and static appear to be uniform problems. The noises appear to increase the closer the headphones are to any other electronic equipment.

Tuning Problems

The headphones appear to have a persistent problem of losing the signal being received. Consumers complain that they have to constantly adjust the tuning knob, and a mere turn of the head can cause the signal to fail. The headphones have to be in very close proximity to the transmitter or the signal will be lost.

Fit and Breakage

A uniform complaint of the headphones is that they are too tight on the head. Most users report that they can be worn only for 30 minutes or so before they have to be removed. It appears that this problem also causes the straps to break easily.
