Use Internet Explorer Mobile On A Pocketpc

One of the most attractive features of a PocketPC is its ability to access the Internet. This is very useful when finding information, accessing emails or just browsing different Web sites. The Internet Explorer Mobile for a PocketPC resembles the same application for a personal computer. Follow these steps to learn use Internet Explorer Mobile on a PocketPC.


Instructions


1. Access the Internet through an ISP or network. This can be done quickly with a wireless card or a Bluetooth device.


2. Touch the Start menu on the screen with your stylus. Select the Internet Explorer program by tapping its icon in the Start menu.


3. Remember to type in a Web address. You can also click on the Favorites icon to access your favorite sites.


4. Use the ActiveSync program to synchronize favorites from your personal computer to your PocketPC. All the Web sites in the Mobile Favorites folder on your computer will be transferred to your PocketPC, and will be stored in the Favorites folder.
