Types
Dynamic and condenser vocal microphones can be purchased in a range of prices. Sennheiser groups their vocal and instrumental microphones into "personal" and "professional" categories. Unlike the professional microphones, constructed primarily for studio recording, the personal microphones are designed for handheld use in performances.
