Reservationless Service
AT&T Teleconference Services include a feature called "AT&T Reservationless Service" that allows you to conduct conference calls anytime at your convenience without having to first place a reservation. To get started, call the Customer Care Center at (800) 526-2655 and register. You will be provided with personal access codes and the numbers to dial for the conference.
Dial-in Conferencing
AT&T offers two option for dial-in audio conferencing. Depending on the type of conferencing that the host sets up, participants can use a toll-free dial-in number paid for by the host or a caller-paid dial-in number. Both offer customer care and assistance for any questions or problems.
Operator Assistance
AT&T teleconferencing provides an operator assistance feature in which an AT&T specialist will welcome you once you have dialed into the conference. The specialist may ask certain information for security measures such as the password to the conference, your name and telephone number. Conference hosts can easily reach the specialist for help through a touch-tone prompt. Operator assistance is available to any conference call involving 50 individuals.
Web Meetings
Along with teleconferencing, AT&T offers a feature called "Web Meeting Service," which allows you to present various documents, notes and illustrations to participants. You can join your documents with those of your participants in real time, without having to install anything. It is recommended that you participate in the Web Meeting Service training. To register for training, visit the ATT&T website and use the password "webtrain" to get started.
