If you have purchased or been given a second-hand Canon PowerShot A95, then you may not have a manual and will need to know use the camera. The Canon PowerShot A95 is a 5-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom. It features 14 different shooting modes that allow you to use preset options to improve you photographs. Accessing the shooting modes is straightforward and should be one of the first things you learn to use.
Instructions
1. Press the "ON/OFF" button to switch your camera on.
2. Pull the LCD monitor out, twist it around and then push it back into the slot. The LCD monitor faces inward by default to protect the screen.
3. Twist the "Shooting Mode Dial" to choose a mode. Most shooting modes are clearly marked for use, such as "Portrait," "Movie," "Landscape," "Night Scene." Select "Fast shutter" for when shooting fast subjects and "Slow Shutter" to make things blurred. Set the dial to "AUTO" if you are unsure which mode to use.
4. Push the zoom lever to the right to zoom in. Push it to the left to zoom out.
5. Press the shutter button down halfway to focus. Press it fully to take the picture. Press "Play" to view your photographs.
