Put In Earbuds

Modern headphones often come in the style of earbuds which rest just outside the ear canal for an enhanced audio experience. Earbuds provide wearers with a comfortable listening experience and transport easily because of their lightweight nature. Bundled with MP3 players and smart phones, earbuds can also be used to receive audio from CD players, computers, portable cassette players and stereo systems. Users of earbuds must insert and wear them correctly in order to maximize performance and minimize risk of hearing loss.

Instructions

1. Untangle the earbud wires to ensure there are no twists or knots in the cords. This prevents weakened wires or breakage.

2. Connect your earbuds to the audio player in question. Ensure that the connector is inserted into the "Audio Out" jack of your device.

3. Place foam earbud covers over each earbud for comfort. Place your finger inside the opening of the foam cover and stretch it over the earbud to secure it in place.

4. Place the V-shaped cord in front of your body so the fork rests at chest level.

5. Position one earbud in each ear so that they rest snugly on the outer openings of your right and left ear canals.
