For a new employee of a staffing agency, learning the ropes of payroll quickly is a necessity. Spherion utilizes online payroll services so that employees across the country can access their pay information online with the option to view and print pay stubs at any time.
Instructions
1. Visit the paperless pay website.
2. Enter 10480 where the screen reads Employer Code. This is Spherion's company code. Click enter.
3. Click the login link on the next page that loads.
4. Enter your twelve-digit social security number and click continue. When asked for your PIN, enter the last four digits of your social security number. Follow the prompts to change your PIN to a more unique, secure number of your choice.
5. Click on the pay advice review icon once you are logged in to the main menu screen.
6. Read and follow the step-by-step directions provided to view your pay stubs from Spherion.
7. Click the exit/logout link at the bottom of the left-hand menu when finished.
Tips Warnings
Once you create a new PIN, remember it to access the site at a later time.
Use the help links on the left-hand menu and the upper right-hand corner if you need any additional help while navigating the payroll website.
